  • Please Note :
    • Deadlines’ only for the payments.
    • Registration fee doesn’t include the domestic transport or accommodation.
    • Please contact the conference secretariat for group rates, the bigger group gives the higher discounts.
    • One payment will cover only one / individual registration only, if co-author or any companions would be joining to the conference they have to register separately and please inform earlier. (eligible for discounted rate).

    • The conference secretariat should receive the exact amount of the registration fees. If not, the participant must pay the balance due at the registration desk on conference day.
    • Therefore, the participant must add USD 18 for the international transaction cost.
    • All bank charges for remittances are to be borne by the participant. Failure to pay this fee will result in an incomplete registration.

Refund / Cancellation and Substitution Policy

You will be able to cancel the conference registration and refund your registration fees as follows:

  • If you are unable to attend the conference, we welcome substitute delegate attending in your place at no extra cost. Please at least 3 weeks prior notice of the name of your proposed substitute delegate and must be completed the payment / received in full.
  • Registrations that are cancelled 75 days in prior to the conference are eligible to a refund of 40% on the registration fee.
  • Registrations that are cancelled in less than 75 days but more than 45 days prior to the conference will be eligible to a refund of 20% on the registration fee.
  • Cancellations made in less than 45 days prior to the conference will not be eligible for any refund however you can substitute a delegate or switch to virtual method.

  • Please Note :
    • The discounted registration fees are non-refundable.
    • The registration fees are non-refundable if the full paper has been reviewed and accepted.
    • The registration fees are non-refundable once the invitation letter for visa purposes has been issued.
    • Refund will be processed 4 – 6 weeks after the conference concludes, excluding the administrative fee & transaction charges of USD 48 / LKR 2800.
